AUSTIN'S 1ST DAY OF KINDERGARTENThis is Alice our neighbor, Austin thinks he is in "love"! What am I going to do with this boy? He's only 5 and a total womanizer!Austin was soooo excited to start school! He has the cutest teacher, Ms. Chris. He counts down the seconds every day to go to class. He LOVES it!COLBY'S 1ST DAY OF 3RD GRADEI can't believe my baby is in 3rd grade! Where does the time go?First day of school breakfast of choice: chocolate chip pancakes and eggs! These are our cute neighbors next door Sam & Ashley. We take them to school with us every day.

I'M A BIG BOY NOW!

Sawyer sportin' his new undies! He's doing so great!

OUR NEW HOME!!!!!
The last few years have been fun, but tons of transition. After 10 years of school, we are finally settled down...yaaaaaaay!!!!! We love our new home and are so excited to be back in Cache Valley. We have awesome neighbors with tons of kids, and we are in a cul-de-sac (is that how you spell it?). I am so excited to be able to paint again and make our home our own. More pictures to come when I'm done decorating.

Lots of cute friends already....JakeSamantha, Ashley, and Alice selling lemonade! FISHING AT HYRUM RESERVOIRWe live about 5 minutes away from this little lake in Hyrum. Colby begs Tyler to take him fishing there every day. They've never really caught anything, but last time, they found this craw dad on the line. Crazy!

Austin is always so good at helping his little brother, it melts my heart!

Skippin' rocks to pass the time

SO SWEET!

BEATIN' THE HEAT

So it was like 100 degrees outside....I tried to find a kids pool, but everyone is out for the season ahhhhhh! So I bought them water guns and got a bucket of water and some water toys for Sawyer to play with. When I came back outside this is what I found....

...silly boys!

LOOK WHO'S A BOY SCOUT!

FAMILY COOKOUT IN THE MOUNTAINS
I found a dirty little indian warrior....oh wait that's Austin

Throwing rocks... watch out!

Look at all those boys!!

JENNA'S MISSION CALL
Jenna got her mission call! She will be serving in the Oakland, San Fransisco California, spanish speaking mission. We are so excited for her, but will miss her a ton...she's the cutest aunt ever!

Sawyer got his 1st stitches. This rusty old cable was sticking out of our lawn for some reason, and when he walked by, it sliced him right open. When it happened, he didn't even cry, he just pointed to his ankle and said: "blood mommy", so matter of fact. So I took him in and sure enough, he needed stitches. The saddest part was, the numbing gel only halfway worked...the first 2 no problem, the last 2, he could totally feel it! Sooooooo sad ....broke my mommy heart!

The boys found these lizards in Fillmore. Austin hypnotizes them by rubbing their bellies and walks around with them like they are babies. So funny!

4TH OF JULYThe whole crew on the way to Melanies....it was Sunday and all 5 kids were dying of thirst, so Tyler stopped at McDonalds AGAINST MY WILL and ordered 5 free waters! Soooo embarassing, but hilarious!

Annual 4th of July parade and pool party. Aunt Melanie always makes it a blast!
They didn't bring enough candy bags so this is what they used........they seriously got at least 10 lbs. of candy!

This was also the last day we got to see Grandma Sharp. She passed away, just a couple weeks later. We will miss her, but we are so happy for her. She is finally reunited with her sweetheart. What a blessing and comfort this gospel brings to us when saying goodbye to those we love.

THE END of a long fun day!

Need I say more?

We went boating with our sweet friends Tim and Angie and their girls. So nice to have friends with such fun toys! Thanks guys it was a blast!
Austin liked the tube at first, but by the end.....

Sweet baby Lily!

TIRED BOY
I set Sawyer on the counter to eat his messy muddy buddies, I turned around to grab something behind me and when I looked back this is what I found...... tired messy boy!
Our cute neighbors next door, Brian and Emanuel...they play soccer, football, whatever for hours. It's so fun to have them so close....building lego houses for grasshoppers! (YUCK!)

The boys cruisin' with the babes!

THIS IS THE PLACE

We decided to take the boys to "This is the Place" park for baby animal days. The boys had a riot. They got to do pioneer chores, make candles, decorate leather, make arrowhead necklaces and explore teepee's with the indians, ride trains, watch a blacksmith at work, tour cool houses, learn about the printing press, the list goes on and on! We were there all day, and they have been begging to go back ever since!
"WHO ME? I DIDN'T DO IT"

ELIZA'S BABY BLESSINGOur cute baby niece was able to come all the way from South Carolina to get her blessing. She is so much fun. The only girl grandchild on Tyler's side of the family. The boys found a little garder snake in the garden, kept them entertained for hours!
Our annual Twilight movie .....Loved it!!!

Sweet Grammy Snyder....happy Mother's Day!

COLBY'S BIRTHDAY
Colby's birthday was....well, an adventure to say the least. We headed out to the middle of nowhere to look for geodes (the rocks with the crystals inside), just before we got there we discovered we had TWO flat tires!!!!!.....in the middle of the desert!!!!! There were a few people who tried to help us, but no one more amazing than this man....
I'm sad this is the only picture I got of him. He immediately started helping, (not sure if Ty wanted his help at first, but anyway)....he put another jack on the front of the car because we were on a hill...car tipped forward and the jack punctured our oil filter. Now we were in big trouble! So, he offers to give us all a ride home, but he was just returnig home from a campout with his boys, so he took all of his gear out and loaded it in our van and left it to make room for us (trusting that we will return it when we get our car back). Before we left he busted out a watermelon and let the boys taste a real cactus. When he found out it was Colby's birthday, he didn't want him to miss out on rock hunting, so he had his boys take him around to find rocks and bust them open....they loved it! So we're off, all crammed in his van where he offers us all the food and drinks we want. But, he doesn't stop there, as soon as we get close enough for phone service, he calls his roadside assistance company and has them tow our car for free. And delivers us to our front door. Come to find out, on the way home he tells us he has stage 4 melenoma cancer and no idea how much longer he will live. This man was a true saint, I will never forget his kindness. We made it home just in time for all our birthday guests to arrive and have cake and ice cream.

The cake....

To make it up to Colby we went to Hollywood Connection the following Tuesday. Good times!

Wow, so there you go...an ADVENTURE!....But one last surprise for me, my birthday was just a few days later, so after the party,Ty surprised me with a surprise dinner with my cutest friend Kenzie from Logan. It was such a great surprise, made my night!

Fancy purses boys!COLBY'S BASKETBALL

Ty coached Colby's team this year. I think Colby found his new favorite sport. He did awesome! We cannot get him away from that ball, always bouncing. It was so much fun to watch.
